While WWE was renovating the Performance Center, NXT talent were training at a nearby warehouse, but were set for a return early last month.

According to Fightful Select (subscription required), many NXT talent were uncomfortable with returning to the renovated Performance Center. In previous months, the office advised talent if they did not feel comfortable training due to the ongoing health crisis they would not get any heat, but may need  to “explain it to Vince.”

According to the report, many trainees were uncomfortable training, citing “a number of ‘COVID truthers’ on the NXT roster that just don’t take the situation seriously”.

Last month, WWE faced yet another COVID-19 outbreak, which resulted in a number of talent forced to quarantine and be off television.
