Report: WWE Talent Required To Take Mandatory Relationship Counseling

This year, several WWE stars were accused of inappropriate behavior, many came to light with the Speaking Out movement over the summer.

WWE is now instructing talent to attend mandatory counseling sessions according to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The report states,” all WWE talent on 10/28 have a mandatory counseling session to attend via streaming on keeping healthy relationships”. The sessions will be hosted by Total Life Counseling. The first session is mandatory for all talent to attend, and later sessions will be held virtually in smaller groups.

Total Life Counseling is an Orlando based center, providing counseling, therapy, coaching, camps and career services. According to their website, the Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationship workshop will focus on the following topics.

  • Setting Clear and Distinct Boundaries – Saying “NO”
  • Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships
  • 7 Principles of a Healthy Marriage
  • 5 Love Languages
  • Domestic Violence
  • Understanding Sexual Harassment
  • Understanding Consent
