In his first public announcement, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson revealed he is retired from pro-wrestling.

While promoting his movie Fast & The Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw on Live With Kelly and Ryan, he stated he “quietly retired” from pro wrestling.

“I miss wrestling, I love wrestling, yes I do,” The Rock stated. “I quietly retired from wrestling because I was lucky enough to have just a really wonderful career and accomplish what I wanted to accomplish.”

The Rock’s final match was an impromptu bout against Erick Rowan at Wrestlemania 32 which lasted 6 seconds.
