Tyson Fury has his eyes set on Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 36.
The boxing star spoke with Behind The Gloves, and discussed his future in pro-wrestling following his rematch against Deontay Wilder on 2/22/20.
Fury candidly speaks on plans following his match with Wilder, stating he is coming for Lesnar at WWE’s Wrestlemania 36 pay-per-view.
“It went really well, it was a good experience, WWE were fantastic” Fury stated, speaking on his recent appearance at WWE Crown Jewel.
Fury added, “I’m going to go back and destroy Brock Lesnar, at Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania rather, in Florida, after I beat Wilder, I’m coming for Brock”
Original booking for WWE Crown Jewel pitted Fury vs. Lesnar, but those plans were changed once Cain Velasquez signed a deal with WWE according to Dave Meltzer. Fury ended up facing Braun Strowman at the pay-per-view.
It’s unknown if WWE actually has plans internally to book a Lesnar vs. Fury match at Wrestlemania.
