Fightful Select (subscription required) recently reported that Matt Riddle was planned to be part of Team RAW. It was reported that the former UFC fighter will be added to the team on tonight’s episode of RAW; this despite losing his qualifying match against Sheamus.

Matt Riddle will be facing Sheamus, and Jeff Hardy in a Triple Threat match during tonight’s episode, the winner will join Team RAW.

The plan as of Matthew Riddle’s name change was for him to be added to the Raw Survivor Series team on Monday Night’s episode of Raw. We’re not sure if anything has changed as of then.

Already officially confirmed for the men’s RAW Survivor Series group are AJ Styles, Keith Lee, Sheamus and Braun Strowman. Riddle, if he wins tonight’s second chance match, will round out the group.
