Vince McMahon is known for making spur of the moment decisions, and creative changes ahead of television.

Tonight’s SmackDown Live is reportedly being rewritten ahead of going live tonight at 8 pm ET.

According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Vince McMahon called in the SmackDown creative team to rewrite tonight’s episode in Memphis, TN.

The only advertised segments as of now is Jerry Lawler hosting a “King’s Court” with Trish Stratus, and Dolph Zigger vs. Finn Balor.

Stratus is expected to face Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam next month. Balor has been dealing with the stomach flu, and it’s unknown if he has been medically cleared to return to action.
