Additional People In WWE Test Infected With COVID-19

WWE continues to deal with positive COVID-19 cases, as additional people have tested positive for the virus.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, more positive COVID-19 tests emerged last week, prior to the most recent set of television tapings,

According to sources, additional people in WWE tested positive for COVID-19 last week during the most recent round of testing before TV tapings. 

The report indicates nearly 1,500 tests have been administered since WWE began testing at the end of June. There has been at least 30 positive cases at the Performance Center over the last three weeks. This includes in-ring talent and behind the scenes staff. It’s unknown how many people tested positive during the most recent round of tests.

Last week, WWE instituted a face mask policy, with fines up to $1000 if not adhered to. This rule was reportedly put in place after a returning RAW star spoke directly with Vince McMahon.

Kayla Braxton, Renee Young, Jamie Noble and Adam Pearce have all come forward with positive results.

WWE continues to administer tests prior to television tapings.
