The trademark was filed on 5/11 with the United States Patent and Trademark office for professional wrestling events.

WWE currently owns another In Your House trademark, more specifically for pre-recorded media, such as DVDS.

Due to WWE reviving the event name for the up-coming NXT Takeover event on June 14, the company filed trademark for use of the term for wrestling events.
