Trademarks Filed For Former EVOLVE Talent

WWE has filed two trademarks for recent signees.

Trademarks for Joe Gacy and Curt Stallion were filed on 11/13 under the entertainment services classification with The United States Patent and Trademark Office.

International Class 041: Wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports via an online community portal.

Both wrestlers were previous stars of EVOLVE. Following WWE’s purchase of the promotion, several talent were signed to new NXT deals.

Gacy has yet to appear on television, while Stallion has been a mainstay on 205 Live over the last month.
