WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg assisted in recovery efforts for residents at a San Antonio apartment complex who were affected by the winter storm.

Goldberg, who resides north of San Antonio brought his son and several volunteers from the Hybrid School of Wrestling, and Mission Pro Wrestling to distribute food and water to approximately 300 residents at the apartment complex.

District 4 Councilwoman Adriana Rocha Garcia and the Salvation Army were also on-hand assisting in efforts to help these residents who are affected with severe plumbing problems due to the storm.

“At the end of the day, it’s not about me. It’s just about being another person leading two arms and two legs to help other people,” Goldberg stated in an interview with News 4 San Antonio  “It teaches them a good lesson and it provides a community with food and water that they need so much.”

Residents who are still in need of supplies, including food, water, and cleaning supplies can contact the Salvation Army of San Antonio at (210) 352-2000.
