After being out of action for over a year, former WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James will be returning to Monday Night RAW tonight.

WWE.com confirmed the news Monday afternoon.

Mickie James returns tonight on Raw

The former WWE Women’s Champion and Divas Champion has been gone for more than a year. What exactly does Mickie have in store for the WWE Universe?

Mickie James has been out of action since June 2019. She torn her ACL during a WWE live event in Waco,TX against Carmella. She underwent a lengthy recovery and returned to WWE programming, co-hosting Main Event.

James recently spoke with Chris Van Vilet, revealing she has been cleared for in-ring action since before the health crisis.

“The doc had already cleared me, so I was literally just getting that last two weeks to get cleared to come back to in-ring action and everything got shut down,” James stated. “So, I went home and I just haven’t been back since.”

Mickie James last match on Monday Night RAW was January 2019. It’s unknown if she will be competing tonight, or making an appearance.
