Buddy Murphy Ordered To Delete Recent Instagram Comment

Buddy Murphy recently made an Instagram comment directed at the Mysterio family, after their storyline was dropped late last year.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Murphy made that post in attempts to “shoot his own angle”. WWE management reportedly “ordered” Murphy to delete the post, which he did.

In the comment, Murphy wrote: “Let’s point out the obvious! The Mysterio’s used me! I never needed them! I’m beyond one of the most talent in-ring performers on the planet! Aalyah used me to be on tv and advance an acting career. Dominik used me so he had a reason to stand ringside. Rey was jealous that I became the new face of the cruiserweight and he was left out of the discussion. They took what they wanted then they left me in the shadows! Sounds like my time in NXT.”

According to Ringside News, a WWE source indicates “Murphy is desperate” to get noticed, which is the reason he attempted to continue the storyline on social media.

Murphy returned to WWE television earlier this month, losing two matches to Cesaro on Friday Night SmackDown. He has not appeared on television since 3/12.
