Bray Wyatt’s wife Samantha has filed for divorce. The Daily Mail broke the story today that Bray Wyatt, real name William Rotunda was served with divorce papers from his wife Samantha claiming he was unfaithful. Samantha claims Bray was having an affair with WWE ring announcer and former Total Divas star Jojo.
I can confirm that Samantha did file court documents on April 25th with a summons issues to Bray on April 26th. The most recent update to the case happened on the 9th of June when Samantha’s lawyer issued a certificate of compliance, which is a sworn statement which is filed with the court showing that you have provided certain mandatory discovery documents to the opposing attorney or opposing party if no attorney is representing them.
According to Wyatt’s wife Bray and Jojo have been keeping their relationship a secret and Samanta’s lawyer Ray Rafool alleges that he has phone records showing Wyatt is in continues contact with Jojo.
Wyatt filed a counterclaim and has requested an injunction to force his wife to keep quiet about the split
He claims Samantha made ‘defamatory statements about the him to several people in the community in an effort to ruin his reputation’
