WWE Talent To Record Voiceovers and Undergo Scans For 2K Game
WWE is expected to release the next iteration of its 2K video game series later this year, representatives from 2K are on-hand at WWE’s ThunderDome inside Tropicana Field ahead of tonight’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
According to PWInsider, WWE talent is scheduled to record voiceovers, as well have scans taken for the next edition of the WWE 2K video game series.
Last year, WWE and 2K decided to cancel their regular yearly release. Instead making a more cartoon like, over exaggerated game called WWE 2K Battlegrounds.
WWE 2K Executive Producer, Patrick Gilmore held a Reddit Q&A last year where he discussed the problems with 2K20 and the direction for WWE 2K22, including the changes that are being worked on for the game.
WWE 2k22 has yet to be officially announced, based on previous years, it’s expected to be released this fall.
