Joey Janela has joined the ranks of several wrestlers who have recently filed trademarks.

Janela filed a trademark on 12/1 for the name ‘The Bad Boy’. Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP filed the trademarks on his behalf. The law firm recently filed trademarks for Shawn Spears, Charlotte Flair, and Andrade.

The firm is also responsible for filing trademarks for Chris Jericho, Conrad Thompson, Cody Rhodes, Arn Anderson, Bruce Prichard, and Luchasaurus.

The trademarks were filed for both professional wrestling services as well as merchandise
