All Elite Wrestling’s Taz and Red Velvet have filed new trademarks with The United States Patent and Trademark Office.
On 11/22, Taz filed trademark for the term “Human Suplex Machine”. The application noted he used the term as early as 1995. The same day, Red Velvet filed trademark for her in-ring name. Both trademarks were filed via ‘Gimmick Attorney” Michael E. Dockins.

As previously reported, Taz’s son Tyler filed trademark for the name ‘Hook’ to be used in professional wrestling. During this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Cody mentioned he was training at the Nightmare Factory.
