Asuka provided an update on her injury scare tonight in White Plains, NY.
She stated she is fine, and she does not have a concussion.
It is neither a concussion nor a neck.

Smackdown Women’s Championship Match Ends In No-Contest
The Smackdown Women’s Championship match tonight at a live event in White Plains, NY ended in a no-contest due to an injury scare.
Asuka was “dropped on her head/neck” during her match with Mandy Rose, according to reports from fans in attendance at the Westchester County Center.
The referee signalled a “X”, and WWE agent Fit Finlay, and a member of the medical staff tended to Asuka.
The referee announced the match as a no-contest as Asuka was unable to compete.
According to those in attendance, Asuka was alert, and was able to walk to back, but she was holding her head/neck.
