Back in August, WWE debuted their Raw Underground show ,which featured NXT and Performance Center talent, before having to cancel it weeks later due to COVID-19. Following the show being cancelled, two NXT Superstars were moved to the Raw roster. Those Superstars were Dabba Kato and Arturo Ruas, who had featured prominently on WWE’s Underground show.
Dabba Kato hasn’t been seen since Underground was cancelled, despite being drafted to Raw. Arturo Ruas was also drafted to Raw, however made his return to NXT two weeks ago, which unfortunately included an arm injury.
According to a report from PWInsider, Ruas and Kato are still showing up backstage for Raw, however WWE believes that they need ‘additional seasoning’ before being introduced as full-fledged Raw performers.
