Braun Strowman’s first post-WWE date has been revealed.
Braun Strowman was among the many WWE Superstars released on June 2, however he can now work elsewhere after his non-compete clause expired on Tuesday.
Strowman announced his first post-WWE match on Wednesday through a video posted to his Twitter account. The former WWE Universal Champion will be taking on EC3 in ‘Free The Narrative II: The Monster In Us All’. This match will be taking place on October 1st, and can be ordered by clicking here.
It was reported recently that Strowman will be travelling to Qatar later this month to sign his contract for a match at Qatar Pro Wrestling’s ‘SuperSlam 3’. This show will take place on February 26, 2022 from the Lausail Sports Arena in Doha. Talents such as Jon Moxley, Brian Cage, EC3 and Will Ospreay have already been announced for the show.
Strowman will be going by his real name ‘Adam Scherr’ for his match against EC3, however there’s no word on whether he will use this as his ring name going forward.
While nothing has been confirmed regarding his future, Impact Wrestling EVP Scott D’Amore recently stated during a Twitch stream that IMPACT are on the road to ‘Braun For Glory. Strowman has also mentioned ‘IMPACT’ in a recent tweet.
Remember in life if you’re gonna do something make sure you make a impact. Carve your name in stone!!! #Titan
