Brock Lesnar Makes Rare Guest Speaking Appearance

Brock Lesnar was the keynote speaker at the Assiniboia Sports Celebrity Dinner & Auction this past Saturday in the rural community of Assiniboia, SK.

Lesnar drove from his home in Maryfield, SK to serve as a keynote speaker in front of 1000 patrons. Rod Pederson, who served as the MC provided highlights from the event.

According to Lesnar, the reason he rarely does appearances and interviews is due to instructions from his lawyer. He states he is too blunt and has a habit of saying things that might get him in trouble.

He also spoke on his relationship with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, who has asked him to appear in movies. According to Lesnar, The Rock always has to win their fights, and Lesnar has declined roles in his films.

The interview didn’t touch much on his plans past Wrestlemania in the WWE, but he did state  he intentionally keeps his contracts short with Vince McMahon and Dana White so he can jump back and fourth between WWE and UFC. Pederson asked if he will face Daniel Cormier for the UFC Heavyweight Championship this summer, he said he hasn’t made his mind up yet.
