Tonight at the debut episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Brock Lesnar became the WWE Championship.
Brock Lesnar defeated Kofi Kingston in record time, executing an F-5 to gain the win, and the championship.
Following the match, Rey Mysterio’s music hit, and he came to ring alongside former UFC Champion Cain Velasquez.
Valaquez hit Lesnar with a spear, and began feeding him shots. Lesnar eventually rolled out of the ring, and teased a showdown for the crowd tonight in Los Angeles.
WWE is clearly building a big showdown between the two. Velasquez defeated Lesnar for the UFC Championship in 2010.
