Brock Lesnar and Ronda Rousey are not scheduled to appear at this Sunday’s Royal Rumble
The Royal Rumble pay-per-view always brings wide speculation between WWE fans. With Rey Mysterio and Edge among shock returns over recent years, WWE always manage to pull off huge surprises for the event.
However, two big names are not scheduled to appear at this year’s show. As per the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, both Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar are not scheduled for this Sunday’s pay-per-view.
Lesnar was last seen at last year’s WrestleMania, where he dropped his WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre. He is not currently under contract with WWE.
Rousey however is under contract with the company, with deal currently set to expire on April 10th, which will be night one of WrestleMania 37. Her last appearance was at WrestleMania 35 where she dropped her Raw Women’s Championship to Becky Lynch in the main event.
