Deonna Purrazzo was among dozens of WWE stars who were released in April. She most recently appeared on an episode of Monday Night RAW, in a losing effort to Nia Jax.
Prior to signing with WWE, Purrazzo was a standout on the independent scene, with runs in Ring Of Honor, TNA, and Stardom Wrestling in Japan.
Since she was under the NXT banner in WWE, Purrazzo was only bound by a 30-day non-compete clause which ended last week.
No details have been revealed on the type of deal Purrazzo has with Impact Wrestling.
