WWE announced tonight on NXT television that the 2019 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic is set to return in two weeks.
The annual event in honor of the late Dusty Rhodes will feature tag-teams competing for a chance to face NXT Tag Team Champions The War Raiders at NXT Takeover: New York during Wrestlemania weekend.
Tonight at Full Sail University first and second round tournament matches took place, and the finals have been set.

- The Forgotten Sons d. Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch
- DIY d. The Undisputed Era
- Aleister Black and Ricochet d. Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner.
Second Round Match Results:
