Former WWE Star Files New Trademark

Former WWE Star Billie Kay has filed a trademark for Jessie McKay, to be used as her new ring name. Her real name is Jessica McKay.

On 4/23, she filed a trademark with The United States Patent and Trademark Office via ‘Gimmick Attorney’ Michael E. Dockins.

Trademarks were filed for both merchandise and entertainment services.

International Class 025: Hats; Leggings; Shirts; Socks; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts

International Class 041:  Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes

Attached to the filing was a consent form, signed by McKay authorizing the registration.

Last week, the former Peyton Royce filed a trademark for Cassie Lee, which appears to be her new in-ring name moving forward.

WWE released 10 stars earlier this month, including Samoa Joe, Mojo Rawley, Tucker, Billie Kaye, Peyton Royce, Mickie James, Kalisto, Wesley Blake, Bo Dallas, and Chelsea Green.
