Independent wrestling promotion Freedom Pro Wrestling has filed a number of trademarks for names used by previous wrestling companies such as ECW and WWE.

Over the last week, the promotion has filed trademarks for “Prince Of Pro Wrestling”,  “3 Stages Of Hell”, “Summer Sizzler”, “Three-Way Dance” and “November to Remember”.

On 7/16, the company filed a trademark for the term “Slapnuts”, made famous by wrestling legend Jeff Jarrett.

The trademark was filed under entertainment services.

International Class 041:  Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.

It’s unknown how this organization plans to utilize all the terms.
