Hideki Suzuki Undergoes Name Change In WWE NXT
Hideki Suzuki recently debuted on NXT television as part of the Diamond Mine stable alongside Roderick Strong, Tyler Rust, and Malcolm Bivens.
During this week’s edition of NXT on USA, Wade Barrett announced Suzuki’s new name is Hachiman.
As we previously reported, WWE filed a trademark for the name Hachiman last week.

Suzuki signed with WWE this past February as a coach at Performance Center. He previously worked for Japanese promotions such as NOAH, Big Japan, and Zero1.
It’s unknown if he will be an active competitor in NXT, or simply be an on-screen coach for the group.
