2K Games will be removing an illustration of Tessa Blanchard from WWE 2K Battleground.
Pro wrestling photographer Basil Mahmud called out WWE Games for using the image he took of Blanchard without his permission. He provided an update, thanking trademark attorney Michael E. Dockins for his help resolving the issue.
The image will be removed Friday night after a patch update on the game. As of 7:30 p.m ET, the image is still included in the Nintendo Switch version of the game.
