Independent Promotion Removes Tessa Blanchard From Event Following Bullying Allegations

Heavy Metal Wrestling has announced that Tessa Blanchard has been removed from an up-coming event following allegations of bullying.

Blanchard was scheduled take on Rok-c during their “Cease and Destroy” event on 1/24 in San Antonio, TX.

Tessa Blanchard has been removed from our scheduled event on January 24th, 2020.

We take these allegations levied against her very seriously.

Several female wrestlers have spoken out about alleged bullying from Tessa Blanchard following a message tweeted by the IMPACT Wrestling star.

Saturday morning Tessa Blanchard tweeted out a message stating, “Hey women, try supporting one another. Cool things happen.”

This caused several former co-workers to respond with allegations of bullying and racism, including Allysin Kay, Chelsea Green, Isla Dawn, and Priscilla Kelly

Blanchard canceled her scheduled appearance at an IMPACT Wrestling media panel Saturday ahead of the “Hard To Kill” pay-per-view.
