Former WWE Superstar Luke Gallows has filed a trademark for the name “Sex Ferguson”.

Gallows filed the trademark under his business name Wrestlemerica on April 22 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

He filed the term for both merchandise and entertainment services, as seen in the document below.

Gallows Trademark

The Sex Ferguson name was previously trademarked in 2017, but has since expired.

The name is an alter-ego of Gallows dating back to his independent days. The gimmick was revived for WWE’s Southpaw Regional Wrestling with the character Tex Ferguson.

Wrestlemerica has previously filed trademarks for Good Brothers, Big LG and Talk’n Shop.

The filings were made via attorney Michael Dockins, who has previously filed trademarks for Shawn Spears, Cody, Andrade, Charlotte Flair, and the team formerly known as The Revival.
