Former IMPACT star Killer Kross has filed a trademark to secure his name with the United States Trademark and Patent Office.

Kevin Kesar(real name) filed trademark documents on 12/24 for the name “Killer Kross” under two classes including Entertainment Services and Goods & Services.

He filed for use in MMA as well as Professional Wrestling.

Killer Kross was released from IMPACT Wrestling contract in December.

Kross has been vocal about his issues with the company dating back to 2018. During an interview with SportingNews Kross revealed he was speaking to the company via his legal counsel.

According to Fightful Select, Killer Kross signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement preventing him to speak on the details surrounding his release from IMPACT Wrestling.
