Michinoku Pro wrestler Fujiti “Jr” Hayato revealed tonight that he is battling cancer. Hayato returned to Michinoku Pro tonight after being out of action for a year due to a knee injury.
The 32 year old revealed that he has been diagnosed with a spine tumour, but vows to return to the ring once he has completed treatment. Hayato began his career with Michinoku Pro in 2004, and has worked for various Japanese promotions including Zero1 and New Japan Pro Wrestling.
