Smackdown star Jimmy Uso’s recent issues with the law have been resolved.

TMZ sports is reporting that Uso and his attorney John Freeman have struck a deal with prosecutors, and agreed to plead no contest following a alcohol fuelled incident that happened in Detroit on 2/13.

In exchange for pleading no contest, Uso was ordered to pay $450 in fines, and essentially is off the hook.

Police state that the 2018 Dodge Journey Naomi was driving reeked of booze. Police officers ordered Naomi out of the vehicle, which caused Jimmy to get out of the car and “square up” with police.

Jimmy allegedly took off his shirt and jacket was put up his hands in an aggressive fashion that caused the police to think he wanted to fight.

The officer was apparently afraid for his safety and took out his taser. Jimmy settled down, complied with their commands, and was handcuffed, and arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice

Following the initial story, WWE released the following statement “Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions”.

Footage obtained by WDIV Detroit shows police speaking to Naomi, who states that Jimmy is intoxicated.

Jimmy Uso is shown being handcuffed, as well as in the backseat of a police cruiser.
