According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, Cena is currently in Baltimore, MD for the Smackdown house show, and is scheduled to face Daniel Bryan in Steel Cage. Cena is replacing AJ Styles, who is currently battling the flu.
The WWE could insert a pre-taped segment with John Cena for this Monday’s RAW. Cena’s original live event schedule did not include him being at the RAW tapings tonight, but based on the tweet sent by WWE this past Monday, many expected him to be there.
Since Cena is travelling with the Smackdown crew, we should expect him to be at the taping tomorrow night in Pittsburgh.
