Moxley Taking Independent Dates This Summer

Following his debut for All Elite Wrestling last night in Las Vegas, Jon Moxley has been announced for two Northeast Wrestling’s events in Waterbury, CT on June 14 and Poughkeepsie, NY on August 1.

Jon Moxley will face Darby Allin on June 14 inside Waterbury PAL, and face Pentagon Jr. on August 1 inside the Mid Hudson Civic Center. The arena has hosted many WWE television tapings in the 80s, and has a capacity of 3,000.

Also advertised for the event is Dustin Rhodes, Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler, Teddy Long, and Moxley’s wife Renee Young.

WWE has allowed Renee Young to do meet and greets for Northeast Wrestling in the past, so this appearance isn’t out of the ordinary.

AEW founder Tony Khan mentioned he will allow Moxley to take some independent and international dates. Moxley signed a multi-year deal with All Elite Wrestling, and will be full-time performer with the company.

Tickets for both Northeast Wrestling events are available here.
