Kevin Kesar, better known as Killer Kross, is a towering competitor at 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds, and has a background in catch wrestling and sambo. Kesar has competed in India and Mexico, and was recognized as a rising star of the squared circle by the revered Cauliflower Alley Club in 2018.
Kross was released by IMPACT Wrestling in December 2019, following a several month dispute to be released from his contract.
Reports surfaced in last July indicating that Kross refused to blade during an ‘I Quit Match’ against Eddie Edwards at IMPACT Wrestling’s Slammiversary. The company reportedly did not have 3rd party medical personal, as well as pre-match testing, which is one of the reasons Kross refused to partake in the angle. This was Kross’ last match with the promotion, despite still being under contract.
Issues between Kross and IMPACT Wrestling began in 2018 due to merchandising. IMPACT reportedly pressured AAA not to book Kross for a scheduled Lucha Invades NY event, which ultimately was cancelled.
Killer Kross’ girlfriend, Scarlett Bourdeaux signed with WWE last year, and is allocated to the NXT brand. She has yet to make her television debut, other than a quick cameo during an outdoor shot.
Reports surfaced recently indicating Kross was clearing his calendar Wrestlemania weekend, and not accepting any independent bookings.
Killer Kross worked his last independent date on 2/1 against Tom Lawlor for Major League Wrestling.
