Vince McMahon sent a reminder to WWE talent, reminding them that 10/2 is the deadline for them to severe any ties with 3rd parties.

The e-mail, which was obtained by Fightful Select (subscription required) reiterates continued violations will result in fines, suspension, and possibly termination.

“Just a friendly reminder that this Friday, October 2 is the deadline for severing any unauthorized business relationships with 3rd parties. As was mentioned in my September 3 message, continued violations beyond this deadline will results in fines and may result in suspension of termination. If you need further details, please contact our EVP of Operations, Brad Blum. Thank you. Vince.”

Many WWE Performance Center trainees received a message this week to either “shut down or make their Cameo pages unbookable”.

It appears WWE has finalized an agreement with Cameo, which will allow WWE to control payments funnelled through that service. Some talent were given instructions on how to opt in to allow the company take control over their profiles.

Wrestling Inc. reports WWE talent will be forced to hand over their Twitch accounts in four weeks. The company will be taking over those accounts, with talent receiving a percentage of revenue, which will count against their downside guarantees.
