WWE has hired one of Ring Of Honor’s top behind the scenes personel.

According to PWInsider, Chris Resnick has left ROH to join WWE. Resnick had a major role behind the scenes as a Director and Producer for the company’s weekly television and pay-per-view. WWE has hired him full-time to work on WWE Network programming.

Resnick informed ROH yesterday he would be leaving the company after eight years. He directed many of ROH’s top events including this year’s G1 Supercard. He also handled a lot of the graphics and video packages for the company.

His departure is said to be a major blow to the company behind the scenes, and will certainly be felt.
