Ring Of Honor has removed Marty Scurll from their active roster page. His profile now directs to an “access denied” page.
The last known date Scurll’s profile was on the ROH website is 10/14 according to the Wayback Machine Internet Archive.
Dave Meltzer spoke on the situation during Wrestling Observer Radio, explaining Scurll has not been released from the company, but has been taken off the roster, and is no longer involved in creative .
Over the summer, Marty Scurll was accused of sexual assault against a 16-year old girl in 2015. The accuser states the assault occurred at a hotel following an IPW event.
Following the accusation, Scurll released two statements, indicating the encounter with the accuser was consensual, and legal in the United Kingdom.

Ring Of Honor issued a statement this past June, insisting they have launched an investigation into the Speaking Out allegations against members of their roster. The company has yet to make any further statements.
We have reached out to Ring Of Honor public relations regarding Scrull’s status, we have yet to hear back.
