Earlier this year when members of The Elite joined All Elite Wrestling, one mainstay was missing from the bunch, Marty Scurll.
Marty Scurll is currently under contract with Ring Of Honor, and still has a few months left on his current deal.
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, their is talk backstage that Marty’s current deal with Ring Of Honor expires in November. Dave Meltzer previously noted that his contract was scheduled to end sometime in the fall.

The date exact date of expiry has not been revealed yet, and his intentions to re-sign or go to another promotion is unknown. Marty would certainly be a good fit for AEW, since his friends are there. It’s unknown if WWE has expressed any interest in him.
