Matt Hardy Thinks Vince McMahon Had A Better Chance With Fake Razor and Diesel

Matt Hardy believes Vince McMahon created The Hardy Bros team because he is obsessed with the success of The Hardy Boys.

Hardy uploaded a video to his Youtube channel, explaining how The Hardy Boys are the greatest tag-team ever, naming off all the titles they won in different promotions throughout the years.

He believes Vince McMahon paired Matt Riddle and his brother Jeff Hardy to try and recreate the magic of The Hardy Boys team. During his promo, he stated McMahon had a better chance of success with the Fake Razor Ramon and Fake Diesel characters from the 90s.

Vince McMahon is so obsessed with the greatness, and the popularity, and the success of The Hardy Boys, that he’s created The Hardy Bros. He’s put together another guy named Matt with my brother Jeff to try and recreate the magic that we once had. He’s trying to confuse the marketplace because he so wishes he still had The Hardy Boys. The Hardy Bros with Jeff and Matt ‘Riddle’, that’s not going to work! You would have had a better chance with the Fake Razor and the Fake Diesel.

WWE recently filed trademark for the name Hardy Bros, seemingly confirming plans for the team to continue to work together for the foreseeable future.
