Matt Hardy Says He Will Be Back Sooner Than Later
Matt Hardy has not competed in a WWE ring since September, and his future as an in-ring competitor has been in question for several months.
Hardy is currently in India doing a promotional tour, and spoke with Sportskeeda in India regarding his future in the WWE. When asked about his recent time off, Hardy does state that he is not retired, but needed to take time off to heal nagging injuries.
I took time off to heal some nagging injuries and I’ll be back sooner rather than later. So, I’ve been doing this twenty-six years. I was just a little beat up. I was given a little time off. From when I’ve been back, for over a year and half, I was full time. I did everything.
Matt Hardy has been dealing with an issue where his pelvis and lower back began to fuse together, and has been doing rehabilitation to alleviate the stress from the condition.
Hardy states that he will be back sooner than later, and you will see an evolution of Matt Hardy once he returns.
