McMahon Family 2020 WWE Salaries and Contract Details Revealed

Ahead of WWE’s annual stockholder meeting, the company has released a proxy statement to shareholders outlining financial information for the executive team.

The statement includes compensation, contract details, and other pertinent information that shareholders may use to make informed decisions during the annual stockholder meeting.

WWE’s annual stockholder meeting will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at the company headquarters in Stamford, CT.


WWE Executive Salaries For 2020

Vince McMahon’s yearly base salary has remained the same for the last three years. His salary for 2020 is $1.4 Million Dollars.

Stephanie McMahon and Paul “Triple” Levesque have received 2.8% increases in their base salary. Their salaries for 2020 are $730,000.

The statement also included Shane McMahon’s salary for 2019, which was strictly as a performer with the company.  Shane McMahon received performance fees and royalties amounting to approximately $2,082,011.

Below is the total compensation breakdown, which includes base salary, incentives, and other compensation.

Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Stephanie McMahon’s compensation includes their downside guarantee as a performer as well as 401k plan and life insurance payouts. These amounts are outlined under “Other Compensation” on the table below.

Triple H has a guaranteed performer salary of $1 million per year. Stephanie McMahon has a guaranteed performer salary of $750,000 per year.

McMahon Family WWE Contract Details

The proxy statement also included contract details for executives in the company, including Vince McMahon, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, and Stephanie McMahon.

Vince McMahon’s WWE contract will expire on December 31, 2020. His contract automatically extends for successive one-year periods unless either party gives notice least 180 days prior to the expiration date.

Paul “Triple H” Levesque’s WWE contract will expire on March 30, 2021. His contract automatically extends for successive one-year periods unless either party gives notice least 90 days prior to the expiration date.

Stephanie McMahon’s WWE contract contract will expire on October 20, 2020. His contract automatically extends for successive one-year periods unless either party gives notice least 90 days prior to the expiration date.

Vince McMahon and his immediate family are also entitled to use the WWE airplane for personal travel when it is not being used for business purposes. Personal use of the company jet is paid for by Vince McMahon.
