Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas Among Stars Unhappy In WWE
Several Mexican WWE stars in both the main roster and NXT are reportedly unhappy with their position in the company.
After joining the WWE main roster in April, Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas is reportedly not happy with his position in the company.
These reports come following comments made by Dave Meltzer made on Wrestling Observer Radio earlier this month.
Dave Meltzer was speaking about Mexican star Rush, and if the WWE had interest in signing him. Meltzer stated “Of course WWE would be interested in signing him. I mean never say never, but one of his best friends in the WWE is not happy”.
Mexican wrestling site Super Luchas ran the story stating it was Andrade who was unhappy, and Rush ended up re-tweeting the article earlier this month

This isn’t the first time Andrade has reportedly had issues with his position in the company. In 2016, during an interview with Mexican newspaper Melenio, Andrade stated that when he was thinking about going to back to Mexico, but Alberto Del Rio talked him out of it.
When speaking to a source close with the MLW locker room, where Rush has recently performed as part of the Fusion TV tapings, he states “he isn’t the only mexican star” who is unhappy in the company.
Other Stars Reportedly Unhappy
Gran Metalik who is current featured on 205 Live and RAW as part of the Lucha House Party recently put up a poll on his Twitter weighing out going to CMLL or the independent scene. That poll was taken down shortly after.
Lucha Blog, who recently broke the story that Bandido signed with Ring Of Honor also mentioned that Raul Mendoza and Humberto Carrillo(Ultimo Ninja) have been having strong matches at live events, but are used as enhancement talent on television.
