Mike Bennet and Maria Kanellis have requested their release from the WWE according o Pro Wrestling Sheet.
The couple have been unhappy with the way they have been used, and made the decision a few weeks back to request their release from the WWE.
The duo was signed with the WWE in April of 2017, and debuted at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view in June 2018.
The duo most recently began appearing on 205 Live after spending the majority of their contract off main roster television. Mike wrestled a handful of times on Smackdown Live, and worked mainly live events.
No word if the WWE has granted their request, or if they will sit home for the remainder of their contracts, which reportedly end in 2020.
Mike Bennet recently re-opened his Pro Wrestling Tees shop which still lists him as a Ring Of Honor superstar.
Earlier today news broke that The Revival are believed to be wanting to be released from the company.
