WWE Tag Team Titles Receive New Design
The WWE recently debuted the Women’s Tag Team Championship, which were crowned at Elimination Chamber. The company is now planning to unveil new Men’s Tag Team Titles.
According to belt insider Belt Fan Dan, newly designed Tag Team Titles are currently in NY/NJ. There is no confirmation these newly designed titles will debut this weekend. The belts were made by famous belt maker Dave Millican.
As I reported a few months back, newly designed WWE tag team belts ARE done and ARE in NY/NJ for WrestleMania. I have not been told if they will be debuted this weekend, but they are on site. Millican made, new designs, removable team sideplates.

According to Dan, the RAW belts are new designs, with removable side plates, while the Smackdown belts are the same design with a removable side plate modification.
It’s not clear why WWE would only change the design for one brand.
The Smackdown belts are the same as they were with the removable side plate modification.
The Raw belts are supposedly a new design all together.

Dave McMillan designed the original “penny style” titles which debuted in 2010. The copper titles were eventually made brand specific for RAW and Smackdown following the brand split in 2016.
