WWE officially announced NXT’s move to USA Network this morning. The company sent out a press release, and posted the news on all digital platforms.
The company has re-scheduled television tapings originally set for 9/11 and 9/12, moving them to 9/18 and 9/25, the first two live episodes airing on USA Network.
NXT utilizes a different platform for ticketing its Full Sail University shows, and according to the ticket website, both events are sold out. Those who have tickets for the 9/11 and 9/12 shows automatically have their tickets honoured for the 9/18 and 9/28 USA Network events.
WWE has yet to strike any agreements with cable providers outside the U.S for NXT. The company will continue to air NXT on the WWE Network on a 24-hour tape delay. WWE Network will air episodes of weekly NXT television every Thursday at 8 pm ET. WWE Network subscribers will be sent notices regarding this change.
NXT’s first episode on USA Network will air live from Full Sail University on September 18
