NXT star Karen Q will undergo a second surgery.
Karen Q broke her leg during an NXT live event last July in Atlanta. She underwent surgery shortly after the injury, which occured during a tag team match where Karen Q teamed with Bianca Belair against Rhea Ripley and Reina Gonzalez.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to finish the #NXTRoadTrip. I’m so proud of the matches I had this weekend and grateful to have the best family, friends & coworkers. My leg is broken, but I will be back! Thanks to all who have reached out and showed me love! #HoldMyDrinkIllBeBack pic.twitter.com/0KFgnm2RLt

She revealed Tuesday on Twitter, she will have to have a second surgery on Wednesday, 27 weeks after her first time under the knife.
Today will be 27 weeks post surgery. Tomorrow, I’ll be going under the knife again. Some may see this as a setback, but I see it as an opportunity to heal properly, mentally and physically, so that I will be unstoppable in the ring.
