NXT Takeover: 31 will take place this Sunday, October 4 at the Capitol Wrestling Center inside the WWE Performance Center.
WWE has allowed a select number of friends and family to attend the event, all which will be required to undergo COVID-19 testing and wear face coverings inside the venue.
WWE says upwards of 100 fans will be present for the show.
