Manuel Oropeza, better known as Andrade has been suspended from WWE for a Wellness Policy Violation.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Andrade was told of his suspension Monday morning, and was written off WWE television during Monday Night RAW.

Andrade faced Humberto Carrillo for the WWE United States Championship during RAW. The match ended in a DQ when Zelina Vega interfered.

Afterwards, Humberto Carrillo laid Andrade out with a Hammerlock DDT on the concrete.

WWE is expected to make an announcement shortly regarding the suspension.

In December, Robert Roode and Primo Colon were both suspended for 30-days following WWE Wellness Policy violations.

Primo Colon states he did not test positive for any restrictive substance, he simply did not take the test.

Colon explained he was suspended for not attending a mandatory WWE drug testing in October. He made WWE personal aware that he was in Puerto Rico, and did not want to pay for a flight to the WWE event if he’s not being used, and would rather take it at a lab closer to him.

As per WWE’s Wellness Policy, the company issues a minimum of four tests per year for contracted Superstars. These tests are independently administered by Aegis Sciences Corporation.

The company has a three-strike system.Β Β The first strike is a 30-day unpaid suspension without pay. The second strike is a 60-day unpaid suspension without pay. The third strike is termination contract.

WWE talent who fail a Wellness Policy test are now subject to a minimum of 12 random tests a year.

It’s unknown which substance Andrade tested positive to cause the suspension.
